CD Times

Over the past couple of months, we've been hard at work on a new site to join DVD Times and The DVD Forums - and we've finally reached a position where we feel we're ready to launch.

CD Times aims to be very much another site out of the DVD Times mould only this time focussing on music - we hope to bring you the latest news and reviews along with a whole array of features...

Congrats on the new site Colin

How come it doesn't open in a new browser though, like other external links?

Looks good although I'm sure you know some of the links aren't working?

As an aside are you still looking for contributors? I did a couple of gig reviews for my work mag a few years back and quite fancy having another bash. If you are looking then I can do a couple of sample reviews of recent gigs I've been to.

Cheers

Cheers. I'll do just that. At least it will keep me from actually doing some work for a wee bit

Nice to see a proper review of the Strokes album rather than the 5/5's the music press seem to dishing out.

Nice one Colin, et al.

What about "News", will you be taking stuff from the Music Forum or would you like us to submit any snippets we hear to you (as well as posting on here )?

Any news/gossip people have would be useful. There isn't a submissions system for that sort of thing yet though so we'll need to look into that.

Just a quick thought but how about an upcoming tours section? It can be a real chore hunting various sites for who is touring and the actual full date list. This is particularly so for smaller bands.
