Baby Driver - Edgar Wright's latest - Ansel Elgort, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx

Could be a winner. The car action certainly looks great.

UK Trailer as well - it's completely different to the US trailer above:

Looks great with a very promising cast.

It's already reviewing solidly:

Trailer No3 manages to be even cooler than the rest! 15 rated too.

Yeah that was a much better trailer and seemed to feature the music more.

^ ..Must resist the urge to watch.

I've a lot of hope resting on this to balance out the complete mediocrity I've seen lately.

Saw this tonight. It's genuinely great. Wright effortlessly flexes muscles I didn't know he had, the cast are on top form, and the soundtrack is absolutely killer.

Annoyingly missed the first minute or so, as I didn't realise Odeon Screen Unseen don't show a full compliment of trailers and adverts. All the more reason to see it again when it goes on general release.

I saw this last night - I liked it, didn't love it, but that's always the case with me and Edgar Wright. The music is the high point, and used incredibly well. Anyway, I'll spoiler my review just in case.

The soundtrack is out on Friday and is a double CD. I'm definitely getting it!

Love this remix trailer.

Certainly my most hyped film of the year. Can't wait.

I enjoyed it but I can't really put my finger on why. None of the characters were particular likeable and there wasn't much original to it. I wonder how much dialogue was changed to fit with Americanisms as well.

I don't think I'd be yurning to watch it again any time soon.

I watched at Odeon Unseen on Monday night. I thought it was OK nothing great, it certainly thinks it's a lot cooler than it actually is.

One of the main reasons it fell flat for me was

I think this will find it's audience and will be a cult hit for years to come with under 21s like Scott Pilgrim.

Baby Driver was ok.

Perhaps I built it up too much.

When it started I thought it was going to be amazing, then as it went on the constant music started to grate. And I hated the ending.

However -
.

All the best bits were in the trailer.

Cant see me rushing to see it again as I did with Shaun of the Dead.
