Awesome - thanks. Would have been nice if they'd notified me about it!

Finally found the way to request clan access... so Lentini, you should have a request too

Played the Beta last night...

Graphically it's much better the D1.

It's basically Destiny+, all changes seem to be for the better (apart from the Nova Bomb! WTF have they done?)

Why should they change a successful game? This is the evolution of Destiny...I loved it!

PVP is now brilliant, relying on true gun skill and no overpowered melee/super or grenades.

As I thought and as Gav says above, it's Destiny 1+

So if you didn't like Destiny 1, leave the clan :P.

Felt so much like Destiny 1 that I didn't have to change my Elite controller settings that I have mapped (and fined tuned) to Destiny.

PVP will be nerfed into the ground again though, already kids are saying the Titan shield and Pulse are OP.

I just had to change the button layout to puppeteer and I was good to go.

Isn't it the fusion that is OP? It always has been for me at least the Sally V but everything has a counter.

Yeah you're probably right, also there is no SBMM at the moment, so putting PVP gods against PVE blebs.

Yeah kids that age love it and it is fairly kid friendly compared to other games.

Loved the beta myself, role on September. Only slight issue for me is that the Hunter and Warlock now have built in dodge abilities while the titan has nothing, could be an issue in PvP in the longer term (i main a titan)

There is definitely more team required gameplay in PvP which i like.

We do need some PS4 clan members though for the raid!

' I can get it for my birthday!!!'

I'll add that to the list of a Nintendo switch, a Fitbit and a Segway then shall I? He must think we're made of money!

Of course he does!

Now the question would be do you want your kid locked away in his room for hours and hours a days at a time playing just one computer game for months, getting him out of your hair for the most of the next 3 years...if so buy it him and sack the Fitbit.

I've sent a request.

Enjoyed the beta and picked up a copy of the original, busy playing through the various storyline misisons and enjoying what multiplayer content I can untill launch.

Starting to see why everyone says it's so addictive

Thanks!

Two things I've noticed so far playing the game.

Jumping puzzles are doing my head in

And even when frustrated, Nathan Fillions dulcet tones are enough to soothe my frustration and keep me playing heh.

I'm terrible at jumping puzzles.
I find a Titan or Hunter with Bones of Eao is the only way I can do them. I don't know how anyone can use a Warlock for jumping

If you want any advice on jumping in Destiny...contact Leigh (Razer_73)

The bloke is legendary on Raid nights for his jumping! (and one of the only people that has made me cry laughing whilst playing an online game!)
