Can anyone recommend a good HDD silencer and Quiet case?

I'm thinking of getting meself a new HD and I like the sound of those vibration/sound dampening enclosures that take up a 5.25" Bay slot, but I'm not really that clued up on where to get them and what names to search for (for instance I can't find any on ebuyer).

So does anyone have any recommendations for a relatively cheapish (sub £50 preferably) dampener?

Also thinking of getting a quiet case as my current Antec has developed a terrible whine that is driving me up the wall. I think i'd need 4 5.25" bays, although I could be persuaded to drop to 3 for a good case. Budget for this is around £50-£60 ideally. Maybe £70 at a push. Not much, I know. Any suggestions?
